	JAM INDUSTRIES ACQUIRES US MUSIC US Music Corp, the parent company of Washburn Guitars, Randall Amplifiers, Eden Electronics, Parker Guitars, Oscar Schmidt Musical Instruments, SoundTech Professional Audio Systems, and Vinci Strings, has been acquired by the Canadian company Jam Industries, Ltd.
