ALL ABOUT DI BOXES
If you’re going to run your guitar into a PA, you need to know about DIs.

If you perform with a pickup and a PA, you’ll need some form of DI (direct input) box to turn the unbalanced signal from your guitar’s pickup into a balanced signal that will remain intact as it travels to the mixing board. DIs come in different packages.
